Neocloud Kidz AI signs MoU with Limestone Networks for Dallas colocation

Kidz AI, a newly formed neocloud company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Limestone Networks to lease 1.125MW of capacity at the provider's DFW3 data center in Dallas, Texas. The proposed deployment is intended to support a cluster of Nvidia B300 GPUs, marking a key step in the company's push into inference-focused cloud services.

The agreement covers capacity at Limestone's DFW3 facility, with Kidz AI evaluating two potential configurations: either a dedicated data hall or a split across two halls, provided that capacity, distance, and connectivity requirements can be met. If a dedicated hall is selected, the initial deployment would range between 0.5 and 0.6MW, scaling up to the full 1.125MW as servers are delivered and installed over time.

The capacity lease is designed to underpin Kidz AI's 60-month, $44.6 million GPU services agreement with Canopy Wave, an inference platform. According to Kidz AI CEO Stephanie Luo, the company deliberately secured contracted demand before pursuing infrastructure. "Securing data center capacity is the next step in executing our $44.6 million agreement with Canopy Wave," Luo said. "We are not pursuing capacity on a speculative basis. We secured long-term contracted demand first, and we are now putting in place the infrastructure required to serve it. That sequencing - demand first, capacity second - is the core of our neocloud model."

Luo also emphasized the company's strategic focus on inference compute. "Equally central is our strategic focus on inference compute: we are purpose-building this cluster for high-throughput, cost-efficient inference on open-weight AI models, which we believe is where enterprise demand is growing fastest. Together, we believe this approach supports disciplined capital allocation, greater visibility into utilization, and a repeatable playbook for subsequent GPU clusters and enterprise compute agreements," she added.

Kidz AI's subsidiary, Catalyst Compute, will be responsible for ordering and deploying the GPU cluster at the Dallas site. The company was formed in May 2026, following education technology firm Classover's pivot into AI cloud services. Since its launch, Kidz AI has established a partnership with 1Legion, a bare-metal GPU infrastructure provider, and announced another collaboration with Cyfuture.ai, an AI cloud and GPU infrastructure firm that provides access to GPU-as-a-Service, Inferencing-as-a-Service, and Tier-III certified data center operations.

Limestone Networks, founded in 2007, positions itself as a cloud and data center provider. Its portfolio includes facilities across the US (Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami, New York City, Chicago, Portland, Salt Lake City, and Washington, DC), Europe (Frankfurt and Paris), and Asia (Singapore and Tokyo). While the company does not publicly list detailed specifications for DFW3, its DFW1 facility is located at 400 S Akard Street in Dallas.

The agreement reflects a broader trend among emerging neocloud providers to secure capacity in tandem with committed customer contracts, a model aimed at reducing speculative buildout risk. By aligning infrastructure investment with contracted revenue, Kidz AI is seeking to differentiate itself in a competitive GPU cloud market increasingly focused on inference workloads and cost-efficient AI delivery.
