BizLink Holding Inc. (TWSE: 3665), a global leader in interconnect solutions, has completed its acquisition of Interplex Datacom, previously a division of Ennovi, a portfolio company managed by Blackstone Inc. and its affiliates. The all-cash transaction was finalized at an enterprise value of US$850 million, plus up to US$50 million in contingent consideration, marking a significant consolidation move in the interconnect solutions market for AI infrastructure.
The acquisition brings together complementary capabilities that address the physical and electrical dimensions of AI server racks. Interplex Datacom's expertise in mechanical and structural components — the physical architecture of AI server racks — complements BizLink's established strengths in electrical and connectivity solutions. By integrating these capabilities, BizLink aims to strengthen its position as a one-stop-shop provider of integrated data center solutions, offering a more comprehensive portfolio to address increasingly complex AI infrastructure requirements.
Interplex Datacom, headquartered in Singapore, brings substantial operational scale to the combined entity. The business generated revenue of approximately US$392 million for the twelve months ended March 31, 2026, and employs over 1,900 people across manufacturing facilities in China (Suzhou and Huizhou), Vietnam, Malaysia and Thailand. With more than 65 years of experience in solving complex challenges for global manufacturers, Interplex Datacom's manufacturing footprint and established customer relationships across Asia are expected to support BizLink's ability to scale alongside its customers as demand for AI infrastructure continues to grow.
The combination of the two businesses' manufacturing depth and R&D expertise is expected to strengthen BizLink's ability to anticipate customer needs, shorten development cycles and co-create solutions at speed. The acquisition also enhances BizLink's precision metal fabrication capabilities, creating opportunities to develop more complex, higher-value-added products for the businesses' shared customer base. These expanded capabilities will support BizLink's existing semiconductor enclosure, medical equipment and system integration assembly businesses.
The completion marks another strategic milestone in BizLink's 30-year history, reinforcing its data center connectivity and infrastructure business while creating new opportunities for long-term growth and customer collaboration. Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Silicon Valley, BizLink operates more than 50 manufacturing and R&D facilities globally with over 20,000 employees.
