BTC Digital Completes 10MW Crypto Mining Infrastructure in Georgia, Targeting Deployment Within Two Months

Nasdaq-listed BTC Digital Ltd. has announced the completion of its 10MW cryptocurrency computing infrastructure project in the U.S. state of Georgia, marking a key milestone as the company moves into the deployment phase. The firm expects to install high-performance mining rigs and commence digital asset mining operations within approximately two months, according to a statement released via PRNewswire.

The newly completed facility is designed to support significant computational output. BTC Digital indicated that once fully equipped with efficient miners, the site could theoretically achieve a maximum hash rate of around 900,000 TH/s, equivalent to roughly 900 PH/s. However, the actual number of machines deployed, final hash rate, and operational timeline will be dynamically adjusted based on several factors, including the pace of power energization, miner model selection, energy efficiency, network difficulty levels, digital asset prices, and prevailing market conditions.

The completion of this project underscores BTC Digital's broader strategic pivot toward a dual-engine growth model. While continuing to develop its cryptocurrency mining operations, the company is actively expanding into high-performance computing, data center construction and management, and AI computing services.
