Appistoki launches Salesforce Data and AI Center of Excellence in Taguig, Philippines

By: IDCNOVARegion: Southeast Asia
Appistoki, a certified Novare Channel Partner, has opened a Salesforce Data and AI Center of Excellence at Novare’s headquarters in Taguig, Philippines. The facility is designed to serve as a dedicated space for customer briefings, hands-on workshops, live demonstrations, and collaborative sessions focused on Salesforce Agentforce and Data 360.

The launch comes at a pivotal moment for Philippine enterprises, which are increasingly shifting from early-stage AI pilots toward more concrete deployment questions such as data readiness, workflow ownership, and measurable customer outcomes. The new center aims to address that transition by providing a local venue where organizations can explore practical applications of AI within their existing business processes.

Initially, the center will concentrate on real-estate use cases, including lead engagement, property recommendations, and AI-assisted customer support. Appistoki said the objective is to help organizations identify where connected customer data and workflow automation can be applied in day-to-day operations, rather than treating AI as a standalone front-end initiative.

Salesforce’s Agentforce platform is engineered to support AI agents operating within business workflows, while Data 360 serves as the company’s unified data platform. The center will demonstrate how these two solutions can be integrated with existing customer information, emphasizing a pragmatic approach to AI adoption that builds on current data assets.

Appistoki has previously collaborated with Salesforce on projects spanning real estate, banking, and telecommunications. Ayala Land, a major Philippine property developer, has cited Appistoki as a partner in its ongoing Salesforce program and said it is exploring AI capabilities built on the data it has already accumulated through the platform.

By establishing a locally based demonstration and collaboration hub in Taguig, Appistoki and Novare are positioning themselves to support the growing demand for AI-enabled customer engagement tools across the region. The center is expected to play a key role in helping enterprises bridge the gap between AI experimentation and production-ready deployment.
