On September 18, China Development Bank Guizhou Branch completed the largest single investment of 1.385 billion yuan in policy-based development financial instruments in the field of new infrastructure construction in Guizhou Province, which was used to support the calculation of "Eastern Data and Western Computing" in Gui'an New Area Power industry cluster supporting projects.
"Eastern Data and West Computing" Gui'an New District computing power industry cluster supporting project is located in Guiyang Big Data Science and Technology Innovation City. It belongs to the construction content of the three-year action plan for new infrastructure construction in Guizhou Province. The total investment is 13.85 billion yuan. An important carrier of the "Western Computing" project.
In accordance with the requirements of "reasonable layout, intensive land use, agglomeration of enterprises, industrial clusters, and complete functions", the project focuses on strengthening the support of the computing power industry, and plans to build a "high-end, smart and green" computing power supporting industry development highland. After completion, it will be conducive to the formation of data, algorithms, computing power, talents, policies and other multi-element aggregation in Guizhou Province and the integration of government, enterprises, schools, etc., forming a demonstration of big data computing power industry in Guizhou Province, for Guizhou Province, southwest regions, long-term Triangle, Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao and even the social and economic development of the whole country provide big data computing power services.
