The "Planning" proposes that by 2025, the access rates of the Gigabit optical fiber network and 5G network in Jiangxi Administrative Village will reach 100% and 80% respectively. The "Plan" proposes to promote the popularization of high-quality digital products and services. By 2025, the number of communication network connections will exceed 100 million, the number of 5G base stations will exceed 100,000, and the number of 5G users will exceed 20 million. Comprehensively promote the ageing and barrier-free transformation of Internet applications, and support the practical application of emerging technologies in guiding the blind and voice control.
At the same time, strengthen the security management of new digital infrastructure;implementation of the 5G network security assurance capability construction project, the industrial Internet security assurance capability construction project, and the mobile Internet security situation awareness platform construction project; improve the major event network and information security guarantee mechanism; strengthen network-related emergencies monitoring and early warning, rapid response and effective handling capabilities;provide a solid guarantee for maintaining the safety and stability of Jiangxi Province.
In addition, the reporter was informed that recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology officially approved the 2021 telecommunications universal service pilot project. All 11 districts and cities in Jiangxi were selected for the pilot program. A total of 571 4G base stations were approved for construction, and more than 68 million yuan was received from the central government.
Create hundreds of 5G+ industrial Internet application cases
The "Plan" proposes to accelerate the large-scale application of 5G in key scenarios in the fields of transportation, logistics, energy, mining, agriculture, water conservancy, and smart cities, strengthen industrial coordination and cross-industry cooperation, and implement 5G industry application promotion projects.
During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, in order to promote the innovation and development of the industrial Internet, Jiangxi will create 100 5G+ industrial Internet typical application cases, build 100 5G virtual private networks, and launch more than 6 industrial Internet logo analysis secondary nodes, and the number of logo registrations has broken through 600 million.
