IDCNOVA news,Feb 22,Huailai Beijing big data center will conclude its completion after stage 3 construction accomplishment in 2019,after stage 1 and 2 in 2017 and 2018 respectively,marking the full operation this year.This project is invested and launched by the Chinese data center vendor Qinhuai Technology and installed with 100,000 servers currently and could reach 120,000 servers by the end of March,2019.
Located in Zhangjiakou City,Hebei Province,Huailei Beijing big data is to provide abundant data facilities and capability with Beijing,which is lacking sufficient data centers due to rising cost,growing power expenses and limited land use.Thus,the outskirts of Beijing is potential for data center projects.
Being rich in energy resources and abundant land,as well as the relatively low temperature and quality climate and free of air quality,Huailai is becoming a data center hot spot to attract vendors and equipment providers for their newly built data center projects here to form up a cluster in big data,data center and cloud computing.
