The number of standard racks in the data center is 150,000, the mobile network IPv6 traffic accounts for 70%, the Internet inter-provincial egress bandwidth reaches 22Tbps, and the comprehensive energy consumption per unit of total telecom business decreases by 10%. The PUE value reaches 1.3.The penetration rate of 5G users is 79%, the penetration rate of gigabit broadband households is 35.6%, the monthly per capita mobile data traffic is 33GB, the R&D investment of basic telecommunications companies accounts for 2.5% of the income, the 5G access rate of administrative villages is 75%, and the 5G access rate of important ports is 100%. The proportion of mobile network IPv6 traffic will reach 70%, and the scale of fixed network IPv6 traffic will be four times that by the end of 2020.
